Delete your account

This page explains the live NatureBot account-deletion flow, including immediate sign-out, background processing, and the difference between full account removal and narrower data requests.

How account deletion works

  • The request removes your live app access and signs you out immediately after the deletion flow is accepted.
  • Archive and cleanup work may continue in the background after sign-out instead of finishing synchronously in the same request.
  • Some historical tank and usage data may be retained in pseudonymized form for research, analytics, or model-improvement purposes according to the product data policy.

How to request deletion

  1. Sign in to your NatureBot account.
  2. Open Account, then Profile.
  3. Select Delete Account.
  4. Type `Delete` and confirm the request.

Use the support email from the address on your account and include a clear deletion request. The fastest contact path is .

Data deleted from the live app

  • Your live account access and profile
  • Your tanks, livestock, equipment, and linked NatureBot devices
  • Your notes, conversations, shares, and live activity history
  • Your live photos and attachments stored for product use

Data that may be retained

Some historical tank and usage data may be retained in a pseudonymized archive for research, analytics, and model improvement according to our data policy.

Limited deletion-audit records may be retained when required for legal, compliance, fraud-prevention, or support purposes.
