Request deletion of selected data
Use this page when you want specific records removed while keeping your NatureBot account active.
When to use this page
This page is for narrower requests such as specific notes, uploads, shares, or aquarium records. If you want the entire account removed, use the full account-deletion page.
Whenever possible, delete records directly inside the app first. Use support-assisted deletion when you need help locating records, removing historical content, or handling data that is no longer easily accessible through the current UI.
How to request deletion
- Sign in to NatureBot and delete individual records directly in the app when that option is available.
- For broader requests, email from the email address associated with your NatureBot account.
- In your request, specify which data you want removed and any identifiers that help us locate it, such as tank names, livestock names, note dates, or conversation context.
- We review the request through our privacy and support process and may ask follow-up questions if we need more context.

Include your account email and the exact data categories you want removed so we can process the request accurately without deleting the rest of your account.
Data you can request to delete
- Specific tanks, livestock, equipment records, and linked photos
- Notes, reminders, and related attachments tied to your account
- AI conversations, uploads, and related conversation history
- Public shares or summaries created from your account data
What may stay after a partial deletion request
Your account profile and account access remain active unless you separately request full account deletion.
Deleted material may remain in backups, logs, or queued system processes for a limited period while routine cleanup completes.
Limited legal, compliance, security, fraud-prevention, or support records may be retained when required.
