The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

This includes processing content with AI systems and using aggregated or de-identified data for product research and model development, as described in our Privacy Policy.

AI-powered features provide informational suggestions only. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content is not professional veterinary, scientific, or expert advice.
• AI responses may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information.
• You are responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content.
• For serious animal health concerns, consult a qualified professional.
• NatureBot AI does not guarantee AI content accuracy or reliability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NatureBot AI is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Loss or damage to animals, equipment, or other property.
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
• Damages resulting from reliance on AI-generated content.
• Unauthorized access to your account or data.

Total liability for claims arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount paid in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your settings.

Provisions that should survive termination will survive, including ownership and liability limitations.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which NatureBot AI operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.
